The FIU Law Review is the student-edited legal journal of the Florida International University College of Law. Since its founding in 2004, it has contributed to legal scholarship both in Florida and nationwide, publishing work by students, professors, and practicing attorneys on a wide range of legal topics and is an excellent source for independent estate planning research.
